This lake front home was built in 1994 in Winter Park, FL. With traditional elements, a sunken living room space and ample views of Lake Virginia iit had a lot of potential. We completely transformed the primary wing of the home, along with the kitchen, pantry/laundry room, mudroom and office.

We worked with Gary Hancock at Winter Park Design to shift some walls and plumbing around as we had a clear vision on how we wanted the spaces to look but also how it all flowed together.

It was a 10+ month renovation that was all encompassing but Guide Builders Group took our design elevations and renderings and truly made our vision a reality.

With fully custom cabinet and built in designs, plaster wall finishes and new exterior steel doors we really breathed new life into this project.
