We worked with our favorite local architect to dream up a lovely modern Mediterranean custom home in the heart of Winter Park. This particular home sits on a quiet dead end street that was perfect for this family of five.

After a few iterations we dialed in the perfect floor plan that checked all their boxes and then some. With indoor/outdoor living, an expansive kitchen with a working pantry and a cabana off the pool for a home gym we were ready to design. We got multiple renderings done to really showcase the overall look and feel of the exterior, kitchen, pantry and dining.

Our client really loves color but we really tried to add rich/warm hues in the places that seemed intentional - like the dining nook, pantry cabinets and color drenching their office.

We were very mindful of architectural features like interior glass transoms, molding and beam placement. And thankfully we had a client on board with our lighting plan and added beautiful sconces throughout and statement lighting.
